The telephone sample session lasts 30 - 45 minutes and is absolutely free. If you prefer, I can call you if you do not wish to incur any long distances charges. ( Or, if you are uncomfortable giving me your phone number, you are welcome to call me instead.)
We will begin the session with a brief explanation of the coaching model. Then we will spend 20 - 30 minutes talking about the following questions (or similar questions that I will email you prior to our session).
1. What one goal would you really like to work on in your personal life, family life or business in the next 3 - 6 months?
2. How will you feel and what positive benefits will you enjoy when this goal is achieved?
3. What has kept you from already making the necessary changes to meet this goal?
By working together through these questions
you will experience how coaching can help you:
- identify & define what you really want
- believe you can have it
- create a plan to get there
- provide accountability to keep you on track
Once we both feel that the coaching time is complete and you have received some real value from the session, I will then tell you if I think we would make a 'good fit' for a coaching relationship. I will also tell you exactly how I think I could help you with your goals. I will not try to hard sell you or pressure you in any way. You have my absolute promise on this. Coaching only works if both the coach and the client feel there is a good connection between them and both must be ready, willing and able to move ahead and tackle the future together.
If you decided you would like to talk about signing up for future coaching sessions, we will then discuss fees, scheduling and any other details or questions you may have.
I will end the coaching session by reminding you that referrals are the heart of growing my coaching practice and I will ask you to tell others about your coaching experience.
